PRIVACY & CONTACT
Your project information.
Sikora Digital Studios is operated by Richard Sikora. This page explains how information submitted through the project questionnaire is used.
What you share
The form asks for your business details, website goals, materials, budget range, preferred package, launch timing, and contact information. Optional website content includes your business description, services, service area, public business contact details, preferred domain, and project photo links. Growth Pipeline requests also include your priority service, advertising budget, and follow-up process. Share only information needed for your project.
How we use it
Your information is used to review your project, prepare a website or quote, and communicate with you about your request. Saving a brief does not charge you or subscribe you to a newsletter. Paying through Square places the package order shown at checkout.
Automatic website creation
When automatic builds are available and you authorize one, the public business facts you provide are processed using OpenAI to prepare website pages. The site is generated from those facts, checked, and published through Cloudflare after Richard connects its domain. Your business name, public email, public phone, service information, and supplied photos may appear on that website. Personal contact details from the separate contact section and private project notes are not included in the builder’s content request. AI generation and domain verification take time; automatic publication does not promise an instant launch.
Square checkout
Square handles your payment information. This website does not collect or store your card details. A linked automatic checkout connects a Square order to the saved brief; the studio verifies a completed payment before starting its build. Shared package payment links require separate receipt matching, so use the same email as your brief. Your saved request reference alone does not confirm payment. Square handles receipts.
Storage and project links
Submitted requests, payment references, build status, and website content are stored with the website’s hosting and database services. Access is limited to the studio and service providers needed to handle the work. Private project status links use a long, unguessable access token; keep that link private. The status page shows progress and the final website address, not the complete private project brief.
Contact requests on customer websites
Contact forms on websites created through the automatic workflow save the visitor’s name, email, optional phone, and message for the studio to pass to the customer business. Those requests are not displayed publicly. Email notifications and direct customer access require separate setup.
Growth Pipeline lead screening
Business request forms collect a name, email or phone, service, location, estimated budget, timing, decision-maker status, project details and permission to respond. Campaign parameters may identify the source of a request. Each business has its own screening rules and private lead inbox. Rules use the supplied answers; matching a rule does not independently verify every project fact. Email confirmation, an authenticated platform phone-verification signal, or a recorded conversation can confirm contact information. Bot checks and valid email formats do not confirm a person.
Sikora Digital Studios manages these records for the business named on the form. With a configured connection, qualified requests can be routed to that business’s CRM or automation provider. A requested email confirmation uses an email delivery service. Optional Cloudflare Turnstile checks help protect forms against automated abuse. Test events stay separate from real prospects. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing or book work. Contact the named business or Richard to request access, correction or deletion.
